square chair - fermob

project - mirror

I adopted this original window frame (circa 1900) from a couple down the road who were renovating/updating their property. over the last year we have slowly been stripping it back to realise the condition. although not by any means perfect it has real character and most importantly history. i look forward to having it lean against a wall in a high ceiling home some day.

french garden party

i collected this page from what i remember to be the feb 07 edition of maisons coté sud magazine. unfortunately i do not read french so am left wondering where or why the party is taking place. i love the crisp pristine white cloth against the more rugged backdrop and the combination of colours and textures of crochery and cutlery.
